Parking Lot:
Remember that buses are pulling in and out of the back of the school for Chee Dodge students. Please yield when you are turning into and out of the front parking lot. Also, buses from Gallup Mid, Gallup Junior High and Gallup High use the front of the school. Please do not park in the front bus loop, this area is reserved for any emergency vehicles that may need to get to the school. Thanks for your help....
Student Checkout
When you drop your child off at our school, you trust that we are making sure he or she is safe and well cared for. We need to know what happened to our students at the end of the day: Did mom, auntie pick them up? Did they ride the bus? To do this, we will not allow checkouts after 2:15 p.m. Also parents need to pick up children at the library, by 3:00 pm.. At the end of the day, family members cannot pull their kids out of the class or the bus line. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Volunteers
Let us know if you could volunteer at the school. There are several opportunities like reading to students, by assisting at Lunch / Recess or donating materials to our Trading Post. Stop by the office or call for more information.
